| CarePartners is an established 100% Canadian community nursing agency that has been serving southwestern Ontario since 1984. Our management team has coordinated over 1,000,000 hours of nursing care. Our coverage area encompasses the regions of Grey-Bruce, Kitchener-Waterloo, Peel, Elgin, Oxford, Norfolk, Durham and Niagara.Our sister agency, Community Nursing Services, provides nursing services in Huron and Perth Counties.
At Care Partners we are respected for our experience in the home nursing sector and our ability to provide high quality, cost effective services on a twenty-four hour basis. Continuity of care and teamwork are our trademarks. We pilot new treatments, equipment and procedures. We are leaders in collaborating with Community Care Access Centre's and other service providers. We have achieved our second Accredetation with the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation (CCHSA). this is recognized Canada-wide for quality in service and employment.
