| The Mississauga Halton Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) provides home care services, placement into long-term care homes, and information about community services.
The Mississauga Halton CCAC helps people of all ages to receive care and treatment to stay in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. Health care services are also provided in schools to children who have special medical needs.
